Do you have an item limit for consignors?

We have a minimum limit of 15 items in order to participate, unless you have furniture or baby equipment. Due to the growth of our sale and in an effort to continue our standard of high quality items, we are limiting the number of items. Each Consignor may bring up to 150 total items. We are also limiting the number of maternity items to 25 per Consignor. So, bring your best! It is our experience that a consignor who brings 75 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 100 items that are poor quality or out-of-date and priced too high.

What are my options regarding printing barcode labels to stick onto my tags?

Option 1 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll pick them up and label your items at the store on one of the Drop Off Days. (This is most popular.) Option 2 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll pick them up and label your items at home. Then bring your already labeled items on Drop Off Days. (You will need a printed inventory list and your items must be organized in inventory list order in order to be guaranteed.) Option 3 - Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear on the "enter items" page after you enter your number and password. Label your items at home. Bring your labeled items on Drop Off Days. (You will need a printed inventory list and your items must be organized in inventory list order in order to be guaranteed.)

Do I need to sign up for a new consignor number for each sale?

NO...... Please reuse your number from the previous events (this helps us tremendously during our sorting process). If you can't remember it, there is a place on the "enter items" page where it can be requested. (Rhea Lana's of NWA and Rhea Lana's of Fayetteville are considered two separate sales, and if you consign at both events, you will have two different consignor numbers.) Can I bring children to the Pre-Sale?

We strongly suggest that you NOT bring your children to the Pre-Sale. Just bring a tape measure and their measurements and enjoy a mom's night without the kiddos.

Should I iron my clothes?

Wrinkled clothes do not sell well! Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell - and the BIGGER YOUR CHECK!

Can I use wire hangers?

Please use children's plastic hangers for sizes 10 and below and larger plastic hangers for sizes 12 and above. (We do not allow wire hangers because they can create a gray ash as they slide along our racks.)

How do I secure small pieces with toys or equipment?

Place them in a ziploc bag and then seal the ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important! We cannot be responsible for lost toy pieces so please make sure and secure them firmly.

When I sell items in a ziploc bag, how do I attach the price tag?

First, be sure to affix the barcode label to a string tag; do not stick the barcode label sticker directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and tag inside the bag. Please make sure the tag is visible.

How do I carry my clothes while I am shopping?

We suggest you bring a laundry basket with your name on it.

Can I enter additional batches?

Yes, you may enter additional batches. Just click on "New Batch" on the Enter Items page. (Each consignor number is allowed a max number of item, for example, 150 items total in all the combined batches. If you have more than the max number of items, you will need to register for a second consignor number.)
